I will do my best to answer questions and help as much as I can. As more builders join, the forum will grow into a useful place for tips, build discussions and shared experience.
I have now started uploading the build illustrations for the Raw Creative 2.5.
These illustrations should make the build much easier to follow, especially for builders who prefer clear step-by-step visual guidance instead of only watching the videos.
I will start with the belt version first, then continue with the rack and pinion version, and finally the ball screw version.
The ball screw version will only be available as illustrations for now, until the full video is ready. Unfortunately, that video may take a while, but the illustrations should be enough to build the machine. In some ways, they may even be easier to follow than a video, since you can go through each step at your own pace.
I will be working on the illustrations throughout this week and upload them one by one as they are finished.
This takes time because everything needs to be rendered, checked and explained properly, but I think it will make the whole build process much clearer.
